APRIL 28, 2023 -- The 2023-24 elementary and high school calendars have now been posted! Please go to our Calendars tab and choose the School Year Calendars (2023-24) sub-menu.

December 12, 2022 -- Kids Help Phone is Canada’s only 24/7 e-mental health service offering free, confidential support to young people in English and French.

NOVEMBER 17, 2022 -- We welcome and encourage family and friends to volunteer in our school communities. Volunteer participation is an important complement to the work done by employees.

We are now accepting Kindergarten registrations for 2025-2026.

Children who have turned 5 by December 31, 2025 are eligible to attend kindergarten for the 2025-2026 school year.

All kindergarten classes run either Monday and Wednesday or Tuesday and Thursday and alternating Fridays.

What is the SCC?

We're a group of parents whose children attend Wilfred Hunt School.  We meet with staff every month to stay up to date on school activities, discuss ways to support our school, run events and fund special projects happening in classrooms.

Thank you to Doorn's Greenhouse for once again supporting our SCC and school community. Doorn's was able to provide our SCC with beautiful flowers to brighten up our front flowerbeds. Thanks to our SCC members for planting and caring for the flower beds all summer long!

As we begin to plan for the 2023-2024 school year, we are having discussions about classroom placement.
