The Small School with A Big Heart

Winter Activities at Hunt

With the busy-ness of the holiday season upon us, I want to encourage everyone to look at the sidebar for upcoming activities.  Additionally, I would like to thank the memebers of our community for their TREMENDOUS support with offering donations to the Pancake Breakfast.  Hundreds of dollars of prizes will be raffled off on Friday morning with all proceeds going to Souls Harbour Mission House.

Specifically, I would like to point out that on Dec. 19, school will be dismissed at 2:30 p.m.  Please make sure you are able to pick up/meet your children at the appropriate time.

Have a wonderful holiday season!

Halloween and Halloween Safety

Please see the attached document on behalf of the Regina Police Service regarding Halloween safety.

Additionally, with Halloween approaching, here are a couple of reminders:

1.  We are a nut-free school.  Please do not bring any candies or snacks that have any nuts or peanuts in them.

2.  If you choose to dress up, please respect the already in place dress code (no skimpy outfits, no defamatory outfits).

3.  If you choose to dress up, please do not bring any weapons (real or fake) as part of your costume.

4.  If you choose to dress up, please refrain from bringing props that may impact other students.

While we understand that many of the kids are excited about Halloween, we want to ensure that everyone has fun and that everyone still feels safe and respected.  Additionally, classes will continue as usual so we do not want costumes to impede on the learning of the students.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call the school.
